Paul:  Before Dr. Alan Kabat left our museum he petitioned the ICZN to declare the Kaicher cards invalid for taxonomic purposes.  After more than a year and many letters both against and in favour of, the ICZN in it's fall bulletin rejected Dr. Kabat's petition.  The status of the Kaicher cards has not changed.  I have all the papers relating to this unfortunate incident and when I see you next will hand you copies.  I hope you get here before I retire.
