To all who think the postal system in every country is perfect ;), let
me assure you they are not.  For this reason, i send all my parcels by
Registered post, which requires signatures at every step along the way.
In 7 years, i've only lost one of these, compared to 3 un-registered
packages  before i went registered all the time: it costs a bit more,
but i absorb part of the charges in return for the peace of mind - a
very fair exchange so far!!

P.S.:   NOT to critisize anyone, but Conch-l is most certainly not the
proper place to "get justice", or or any such inappropriate objective: -
