Sylvia, I would guess that there are some real nice SCALLOP DUMPS somewhere
up there in the panhandle , I'm just as sure that they are as tightly closed
as a giant clam . Scallop dumps , dredgings sold by the bushel, and no
shelling bans , oh the GOOD OL DAYS!!!!.
