For everyone who expressed interest in the subject
of shell horns,their history,different types,how to make
them,etc., here is the best site I've found.It was written
at the request of the editor of  ___Experimental Musical
Instruments___  and is quite well researched and docu-

This goes with the Steve Turre thread  about his Sanctified
Shells jazz ensemble.
