Giancarlo,

In La Conchiglia, Nr. 198-199, September -October 1985, Danker Vink provided
a lot of information on the Conus spurius complex.  He listed C. phlogopus
Tomlin, 1937 as a synonym of Conus spurius lorenzianus Dillwyn, 1817.
