Good to hear you!

I know that all the work rest on your shoulders, but it can be shared with
the article authors. If each article comes with key words and the list of
referenced shells, your work would be like a... let's say... a piece of
cake! ;-))

Your idea about including a page with the index in each issue is a good
one.  You are correct about the errors too. If one were working on a single
issue only, the job would be smaller, thus less pressured and hopefully
more error free.  However, I do see one big problem with your idea...it is
that, as things stand now, I would be the one who had to do this not
insignificant added job, since American Conchologist is created, edited,
printed and mailed out from my house.  Things get pretty rough around
deadline time, and for the most part I am on my own.
