Good day all , first , I guess the old weasels was wrong again as to the
creosote. oh well , it's been 12 years since I've been desert ratt'n so you
the man Tom .

OK, I was brought to my attention that the club (gmsc) has been given a
auction donation from an anonymous source of a slit shell of what type
species I don't know. The point is this , it's frozen whole and complete.
there is a small argument that it should be defrosted and cleaned . I would
think it to be worth more whole as very few pleurotamaria (spelled wrong I'm
sure) are complete with operculum not to mention radula. so what do you
think? your opinion does matter so please advise . once knowledgeable weasel
