Dear Beth,

My copy of the second edition says:

When it was published: 1974
by whom: Van Nostrand Reinhold Company
                   450 West 33rd Street
                   New York, NY 10001
ISBN #: 0-442-20228-8

I have heard from others that the second edition has become extremely
scarce. For what its worth, I still use and enjoy the first edition of this
work, too. Good luck in your search.
