Thank you for the terrific words of encouragement on the vandalization of my
Pinnidae shell collection... and also for your kind thoughts.  I received
many private e-mails and one super phone call that just cheered me up.  Shell
collectors are really great people!  I really do feel better just having
shared my misforture with others who would feel as deeply about their
collections as I do.
