Tellins have always been another colorful favorite to find. Having never
really studied them, I found many difficult to distinguish. However, the
digital revolution has changed all that. Now able to get a good look and do
direct comparisons, I'm finding it rather easy to tell many apart. I just
finished a comparative examination of the three common Florida Scissula
(similis, iris and candeana). Here're the images:
