Dear Michael:

Thank you very much for the further information on the taxa of Thomas Martyn.
What great power the ICZN wields. They can bury an entire work one year,
then raise selected parts from the dead at a later date. Are members appointed,
or do they have to apply to this Supreme Court of nomenclature?
