I am using Microsoft Access 97 - There is probably a newer version.

You can set up your own fields. I have my whole collection of about
9,000 shells set up in it.

I have the fields of Family, Genus, Species, Author & Date, How Acquired
(or who from - like trade or self-collected), Data of how/where/when
collected, Size, and approx value.

This programs comes with Microsoft Office.
