In response to the ban on export of Philippine shells, I've lived here in
the philippines for over a year now. It is obvious that all the customs
people want is money fron foreigners. If you want to bring shells out of
the country take to a local person who has a friend in customs for large
shipments or just have 500 pesos in hand when you meet your friendly
customs guy and I quarantee you will have no problems on the Philippine
side. EVERYTHING can be done here with money.
