Thanks to everyone who has been helping me with my Pectinidae.  However, from various sources I have 3 spellings for one species, viz. "clocata,"  "cloacta,"  and "cloacata."   Anyone care to straighten this out for me?  (I have Rombouts book on order, but I don`t know if the answer is in it.)  Best wishes to all; anyone who canj and doesn't get on n Conch-L is "missing the boat," as far as I'm  concerned.   Cheers, Linda
