Greetings from The American Chonchologist Photographic Editor (aka Ross):

I have been trying to improve digital photographs of shells using
computer algorhythms.  My latest results speak for themselves (please
forgive my hubris) producing sharp images from the lower resolution
camera images.  Check out some images and a screensaver at:
