No, No, Bill.
    What I am is the offishul "Question Man". I have it on good authority that,
as one of his final acts in office, Mr. Clinton plans to commute the sentences
of 32 men and ladies on Death Row, and (as a rider) to create the Department of
Molluscs. Even as we speak, the building is being readied and security installed
by a Chinese firm that was low bidder.
