You got a spare Melongena laying around the house and it looks
"different" and you don't know what to do with it, you might
want to look at Phil Poland's budding Melongena page at

http://home.sprynet.com/~wfrank/corona.htm

Phil has conducted considerable studies on this species and
offers some observations, contained on this "under construction" page.
While the page is but a prelude to the ultimate final product,
this combination Frank/Lee/Poland endeavor, in its present
form, does offer some insights in regards to this hightly variable
and often mis-represented species.

More images are available and will be posted as soon as possible.
