It is always sad to lose one of our own, especially one so innovative and
enthusiastic as Charles.  I knew him as someone who was always 2 steps ahead of
the game - he was urging me to computerize all my records and data-slips in
1992, for example, and one could always learn a thing or two by watching his
most recent moves.  He will most certainly be missed in Canada.
