Hello all,

I have just had my December holiday season open up and I am considering
taking the family someplace in Mexico.  Any suggestions for a place that
contains:

1) fairly good and legal  shelling (for me),
2) good snorkling (for my wife),
3) fairly reasonable resort-style accomodations (for my 16 year old
daughter), and
4) beach diving (for my son and myself)

This is a decision that has to be made quickly as December is right
around the corner.  So, if anyone can quickly tender some advice, it
would be greatly appreciated.
