In response to Dennis and Kurt,

Dennis asked about feeding habits in Bulimulidae, and Kurt commented.

Years ago I wrote a piece on how Drymaeus dormani (A. Binney, 1852), a
subtropical bulimulid from Florida, feeds; it is posted at
<http://home.sprynet.com/~wfrank/ontree.htm> and is illustrated.

There is a bit of information on a congener, D. dominicus (Reeve, 1850),
including some rather imaginative reporting of ITS trophic behavior, at
<http://home.sprynet.com/~wfrank/media.htm>.
