St. Mary's College actually is shell related, as the St. Mary's Formation a little ways under my feet is rich in mid-Miocene taxa, with other formations nearby, in addition to modern land, freshwater, and estuarine species. They have never been defeated in football and never will be, unless they get a team. I have not had much chance to collect since arriving in August. However, it is nice to have income, and hopefully I will soon have new molluscan DNA sequences again. I'm still interested in any taxa, especially bivalves, for molecular work. Incidentally, I changed the quote as well, for the benefit of Gary's quote collection.
