Dear all,

Recently I purchased the book "Bivalve Shells of Western North America".
On of the authors, the late Frank Bernard, originates from Belgium, but
migrated to Canada. Of course I was immediately interested in reading
more on this man. For the library of the Flanders Marine Institute, all
info and publications related to Belgian marine science or scientists is
gathered, to create an overview of Belgian marine scientific history.
Has anybody on this list known Frank Bernard personally, or are you
aware of other publications by him ? Any info will be very welcome.

Best regards,

Jan Haspeslagh
