Thanks for your explanation, Patty.

Can you clarify about the 3-letter or 4-letter business? Does that have to
do with the suffixes on the attachments? Do you mean it matters to literally
have 3 vs. 4 letters--or that is just fortuitous and it's really the
programs involved?
