Don't know exact coordinates of your first two localities, but I can tell
you that Punta Engano is on Mactan Island not far from Cebu in the central
P.I. and is several hundred miles from Manilla. It is the place where
Ferdinand Magellan was killed and there is a large monument to him there,
not to mention a plethora of shell dealers.
