It is illustrated in Hawaiian Shell News of October, 1984, the small
pamphlet by Rippingale (1987), American Conchologist September 1984; March
1985; and June 1995; and in Houart, 1994 "Illustrated catalog.... named
since 1971"
(I have not double-checked that those are all illustrations)
