Is the west coast of Florida snorkelable in winter. I've only been there in
the summer when the vis was zippo and snorking not worth the trouble.

Are there Xenophora on the west coast? If not, where would you go looking for
them.

This is assuming that there are still places in Florida where it is legal to
shell.
