Just doing a Google search for items of interest.

I note that Tetraphora Philippi 1865 (Diptera: Heleidae), a midge,
predates homonym Tetraphora Laseron 1958 (Mollusca: Ptenoglossa:
Triphoroidea: Triphoridae: Triphorinae), the genus containing the
largest members of the family by far (up to at least 60mm).

Someone feel like publishing a replacement name for these sinistral beasties?
