Dear Giancarlo et alii,

I think the problem is reduced to this one :
Until there will be cones collectors who will continue to buy filed cones,
dealers filing the lip will exist.
The purpose ?
To sell that filed cone at higher price, like GEM, hoping the customer
doesn't will see the "repair".
Personally, I prefer a little chip and not a little "repair".
The grade of cones with filed lip ?
F. No more. Even if the "repair" is only 1mm.
It would be necessary "to punish" the bad faith.
Don't worry the serious dealers.
Unfortunately there are also unscrupulous dealers.
Best regards to all.

Marco
