Dear Mariah,
 
     Yes Trivias do have the immature or "bulla stage".  Characterized by a
thin shell, wide aperture and an underformed or absent lip.  These are
generally undesirable shells for collectors.  Luckily not many are sold.
There are, however many Trivia species are are fully mature at 1mm!    Good
