Two reasons!

1) They only have Fiji Bitter, which is TOO bitter (it IS
badge-engineered Carlton, after all)

2) You are likely to get assaulted by the friendly locals (Fijian
natives), sad but true. Unless it's
       your hotel bar... Fijian bars where the locals go are NOT safe
for tourists or Indians.
