Dear List;-
In responce to many requests (one), I am posing a topic for discussion.
We know that desert snails can live a long time without water.---rejuvenating after long periods of draught.
Question: How long CAN they last?
Q: 2: If desert species can last a long time during "unhealthy" times, can fresh water and Marine species also estivate to bypass bad situations?
   Ideas?
