Are any Trivia aficiandos able to identify the animal at the link below?

The photographer gives what info he has and would like to know what name to put
with the image.

Thank you for getting back to me.  Yes, please post this link wherever
you need to in order to get an ID on it.

Again, the image was taken in Thailand at Richelieu Rock.  The subject
was on a soft coral branch and was about .25 inches long (quarter of an
inch).
