Folks have already identified them as spiriferid brachiopods and a more or less straight-shelled cephalopod.  As to the age, they are mid-Paleozoic.  The Maine Geological Survey would probably have specific information, if these are from bedrock and not some random glacial erratic.  There are similar species in the Devonian; the Paleontological Research Institution has a good book recently on the Devonian fauna of New York.  However, I don't know the brachiopods, cephalopods, or regional stratigraphy well enough to specify more than Ordovician-Carboniferous.
