Thanks to all for going over methods for cleaning micros. This is a helpful
discussion for visible, solid micros.

Cleaning still seems risky for micros less than 1.5mm, say. Handheld methods
are probably impossible and ultrasound could be fatal to something so small.

Or maybe there are more methods?
