My photocopy of volume 2 (freshwater and non-eupulmonate land mollusks) has the following dates for Fisher and Crosse:
p. 1-80, pls. 32-36: 1880
81-128, 37-42: 1886
129-176, 43-46: 1888
177-256, 47-48: 1890
257-312, 49-52: 1891
313-392, 53-54: 1892
393-488, 55-58: 1893
489-576, 59-62: 1894
577-656, 63-66: 1894
657-731, 67-72: 1902
The title page is dated 1900; not sure how its publication fits into the rest of these, which are identified as livraisons 8-17.
A confusing factor is that they published some descriptions also in the Journal de Conchyliologie, so some of their new taxa may date from the journal rather than from the Mission Scientifique au Mexique...
