I have the Milera book and I agree it is quite useful.  A copy of the
original Torre would be a great addition!  When you email it to Ross could

Jose M Fernandez Milera in 1987 entitled "Polymita,Forma Y color Integrados
A La Naturaleza". This one has been sold regularly on ebay the last year or
so.

Both of these books should answer your other questions regarding
