COA does accept payment via PayPal.  It was put in place by the Board a
couple years ago in an effort to make it easier for people who do not have a
bank account in the US (or a bank that does not have an exchange agreement
with a major bank in the US) to pay their membership dues.  There is a small
fee on every transaction to offer this service which was decided would be
absorbed by COA.

Payments to COA can be sent via PayPal to:

If you remit membership dues via this method please include the following
information in the note field:
 - your complete name and address
 - your phone number
 - your email address

An updated membership application form with this payment option is going to
be on the COA website soon.  (Marcus & Carlos - When will the updated form
be available on the web site?)
