Dear Aydin,

I think that swallowing the concoction might distract the patient
from coughing even better than cod-liver oil, but the clinical cure
of consumption (tuberculosis) generally requires twentieth century
industrial pharmaceuticals.

That was a fine bit of Blarney on St. Patrick Day's Day, Aydin.
