I get about a million of these warnings everyday and I don't normally pay
attention to them. The key is don't click on a link or download an attached
file unless you know the person it is coming from. If you are on aol  TOSEmail
anything that even remotely look suspicious. I recieved a link a few weeks ago
about some stupid get rich quick deal and I reported it. The next day I
recieved a reply from aol telling me  that it was a link to a virus that wipes
out your hard drive.
Sorry to be using CONCH-L for this but you would be surprised how many people
click on a link that is supposedly to win something lame and they get nailed.
