I've been to the AMNH a few times and have also found that their bookshop is
very good. The last time I was there they were featuring a wide range of
books on evolution.

Yes. The AMNH does have a store and it has a large selection of books.
When I was last there, 5 years or so ago, I was surprised of the diversity
of books that they sold.
