Like Paul's warning to folks about new passport rules, there are also new
requirements for customs forms when shipping from the US.  The US Post
Office now has to provide an electronic copy of the customs dec to US
Customs.  This means you either file the dec electronically ahead of time on
line (https://webapps.usps.com/customsforms/), or work through a delay at
the US Post Office.
