Hi,

Not all the posts to the list will include the conch-l bottom banner.  It seems to depend on if the
post is mime-encoded or not.   If it is the banner does not display.  Multipurpose Internet Mail
Extensions (MIME) allow enriched content (meaning non-text information like foreign languages,
images, audio, etc), to be transfered and stored by mail agents within essentially plain-text
documents.
