Indians actually like to be called that - they call themselves that.

I object in having to bow to Indian law that is by law defined only
to be on Indian land.

That is the treaty.  No U.S. Vote.  They vote for themselves on their votes.
And so forth.  But it seems to becoming less and less.  States continue
to muck with Indian lands and what they do.

We have no idea what their shelling law is.  How can we protect ourselves.

The Lacey law was made with some major flaws within allowing some to do as
they wish since they can view them as they wish.

There is no grandfather clause.  There isn't a master list held by some
organization.  It is the nebulous 'anyone we ever had a treaty with' is
in equal control as the US when importing or exporting or TRANSPORTING...

What do we do when we have a banned shell in hand ? - Pour cement over it
so no one can transport it ?  Nothing and risk the worst from the worst ?

Crazy law that has a valid and needed thought behind it.
