Dear Listers,
Yesterday I was walking the beach with Kim on a remote part of Captiva
Island, Florida. There, before my eyes, she found an Atlantic morum, Morum
oniscus, on a wet pile of beach drift, at low tide. The shell is great
shape, but the protoconch is a little eroded.
Does anyone know of a record of this species from the coast of SW Florida?
Thanks,
José
