In my opinion the drawer interiors should be left raw of unfinished. i doubt
a tung oil finish would effect the shell but the varnish or polyurethane
might even though I've never seen any reports on it . temperature and
humidity are the greatest threats to any collection . BTW , nice find on the
teak cabinet. Mark & Peta  Bethke
