Actually, these books are not written by the authors of the Wikipedia
pages but by people trying to fool book buyers into buying automated
printouts of stuff off Wikipedia, often not even matching the assigned
title. It scams the people who buy the books, thinking that they are
buying something of value when in fact it's worse than a student
report plagarized off WIkipedia (since the student probably has at
least tried to find the most relevant articles to plagarize). In
addition to wasting money, it wastes time when you do an internet
search. Search for an obscure genus that's listed (with no data) on
Wiipedia, and you not only get a bunch of sites with the same lack of
information, you get sites claiming that a book about it is available.
