Hello everybody,

If you are interested in shelling on the Oregon coast I managed to find
the address for the folks you need to contact...funny what you find
rummaging through storage...anyway..

Marine Region of the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife at the
Marine Science Center, Marine Science Drive, Newport, Oregon 97365

They have a really nifty little publication available also, A Guide to
Oregon's Rocky Intertidal Areas. It's also listed as Fish Commission of
Oregon Educational Bulletin No. 5 Revised June 1975. It shows all the
good areas to check on the whole coast with travel directions and small
maps. There are also some nice color pictures of common intertidal
lifeforms.

Happy shelling
Patti
