Hello Gang,
I just received a new book in the mail today that I want to
recommend. It is The Freshwater Mussels of Tennessee by Paul W. Parmalee and
Arthur E. Bogan. It took forever to get it; about 2 1/2 months. Check
cleared within two weeks after I send the order in.
This is absolutely the best book ever printed on American Freshwater
Mussels and covers about half of the North American Unionids. Excellent
species accounts, distribution maps and great color photographs. It retails
for $50.00 US.
