Hi to you all,

For those of you who are making hotel reservations for the upcoming San Diego COA meeting, please let me clarify a couple of issues that are being brought to my attention.

Yes, they are telling you that a resort fee is being added on to the room rate. However, your room rate includes this fee, and I can not seem to get these reservationists to stop telling everyone. So please, do not panic, it is well known to hotel check in people, and you will not pay this fee twice. Also, I just added on more room nights for the three days before, and there is still lots of rooms left for our group.so do not let them tell you they have no more rooms. If you have problems, please contact me off line.
It would be wise to make reservations soon, rather than later. Then, I can adjust these rooms if need be in plenty of time.
