Hi Ken,
The first edition of American Malacologists has the following entry:
Weeks, William H, born 1870 (New York?)  Amassed a large private collection
which was sold about 1957 to the New York dealer George Jacobs.  Published 2
articles in The Nautilus, 1903 and 1908.  Papuina weeksiana M. Smith named in
his honor.  Died April 29, 1957, at 87, at Brooklyn, NY.
